Regular Seminars or Information nights are conducted throughout the year on behalf of the REIQ. Click here for applications. The aim of the Information Nights is ensure you are better informed as to how Management Rights operate; pitfalls in buying them, and generally better equipping yourself to make the right purchase with confidence. Our presenters are clear leaders in their various fields, and will supply you with a wealth of knowledge.

Practical Skills in Management Rights:

Courses are held at various times and usually forms part of the Licencing Course. It is also subject to numbers. It is really grass roots information on the general operational aspects of Management Rights. This is not taught in Licencing Classes and managers who attend find the information extremely informative, and are generally more aware of what to expect from day one. It is aimed at taking the initial worry out of the first weeks and to let you know their is a mountain of support out there for new managers.

Venue

Training is held at the REIQ Real-Estate House located at 21 Turbo drive Coorparoo. The venue has ample parking and supper is always provided for those who attend.
