The ACTIVE Management Rights team has a vast range of knowledge of the Industry. This knowledge covers both Holiday and Permanent complexes.

Because of this knowledge of Management Rights, that the Real Estate Institute of Queensland asked us to facilitate their “REIQ Information Seminars”. These regular FREE seminars, are an extremely important first stage for people to move into the industry. They also conduct the two day section of the REIQ Licencing Course, and this concentrates on the “Practical Skills” that are required to operate a complex. The “Nuts & Bolts” of what you really need for that, all-important first day in the office. It is the “Grass roots” approach to the industry that helps new managers, enter their new occupation with confidence. They offer “Free Advice” to all newcomers who just want to discuss their situation, without any obligation or pressure, to buy a complex.

The purchase of Management Rights is a huge step to take, often involving life savings. This is a huge responsibility for us, and we are aware, of the responsibilities attached to that decision.

The ACTIVE team are also very aware of the necessity for Managers to keep updating their knowledge of the Industry. It is for that very reason, that we are regular attendees of Resident Unit Manager (RUMS) meetings held throughout the Brisbane region. It is our genuine interest in the education, training and advancement of Managers, that we organise regular Key Note speakers for RUMS. This is a valuable source of information for the managers, helping them to keep up to date with the various changes to the Legislation that controls the Industry.
